Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) Section 129 applies to holder of the permit as if it were a 2010 Act permit and compliance with that section were a mandatory condition of the permit under the 2004 Act.
(2) If a mandatory or tenure condition of the permit under the 2004 Act is inconsistent with a mandatory provision of the land access code, the mandatory provision prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
