GEOTHERMAL ENERGY ACT 2010 No. 31 - SECT 414

414 Amendment of s 56 (Verification may be required)

Section 56(1)--

insert--

'(d) that, in the person's opinion, the applicant has--
(i) the financial and technical resources to carry out authorised activities for the proposed GHG permit; and
(ii) the ability to manage GHG storage exploration.'.
