GEOTHERMAL ENERGY ACT 2010 No. 31 - SECT 498

498 Amendment of s 309D (What is a relevant resource authority)

(1) Section 309D(2), definition resource authority, paragraphs (b) to (d)--

renumber as paragraphs (c) to (e).

(2) Section 309D(2), definition resource authority--

insert--

'(b) a geothermal tenure under the Geothermal Act; or'.
