GEOTHERMAL ENERGY ACT 2010 No. 31 - SECT 563

(1) Section 705(a)(i) to (iii)--

omit, insert--

'(i) in the area of a coal or oil shale mining lease; or

(ii) in an area adjacent to the area of a coal or oil shale mining lease; and'.

(2) Section 705(b), 'or GHG storage activities under the GHG lease'--

omit.
