564 Amendment of s 705A (Requirement to have principal hazard management plan)
(1) Section 705A, 'mining lease or GHG lease holder'--
omit, insert--
'mining lease holder'.
(2) Section 705A(3), 'or GHG tenure holder'--
omit.
