GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2009 No. 3 - SECT 105

A declaration of a potential storage area does not change the land the subject of the declaration from being--

(a) part of the area of the GHG permit the subject of the application for the declaration; and

(b) subject to the GHG permit.
