GREENHOUSE GAS STORAGE ACT 2009 No. 3 - SECT 157

(1) A GHG lease holder may apply to for approval to amend the development plan for the lease.

(2) The application must be--

(a) made to the Minister in the approved form; and

(b) accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
