Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The parties to a proposed GHG coordination arrangement may jointly apply for approval of the arrangement.
(2) The application must be--
(a) made to the Minister in the approved form; and
(b) accompanied by--
(i) the original or a certified copy of the proposed arrangement; and
(ii) the fee prescribed under a regulation.
(3) If the proposed arrangement is inconsistent with the current development plan for the GHG lease, the application must be accompanied by a proposed later development plan for the lease.
