Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A person (the first person) may by a signed notice given to the chief executive nominate another person (a nominated person) at a stated address as the first person's address for service for this Act.
(2) If this Act requires or permits the Minister or chief executive to serve a notice or other document on the first person, it may be served on the first person by serving it on the last nominated person at the stated address for that person.
