498 Amendment of sch 9 (Development that is exempt from assessment against a planning scheme)

(1) Schedule 9, table 5, item 3, ' section 75'--

omit, insert--

'schedule 4'.

(2) Schedule 9, table 5--

insert--

'GHG storage activities

3B

Any aspect of development for a GHG storage activity carried out under a GHG authority under the Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2009.'.
