Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The Minister may by notice require the applicant to give the Minister within a stated reasonable period a document made by an appropriately qualified independent person that verifies--
(a) an assessment of data supplied in the proposed initial work program; or
(b) the source of the data; or
(c) the work done for the proposed program.
(2) If the applicant does not comply with the requirement, the Minister may refuse to approve the proposed program.
(3) The applicant must pay any costs incurred in complying with the requirement.
