GUIDE, HEARING AND ASSISTANCE DOGS ACT 2009 No. 4 - SECT 100

The following must be presumed unless a party to the proceeding, by reasonable notice, requires proof of it--

(a) the chief executive's appointment;

(b) an authorised officer's appointment;

(c) the authority of the chief executive or an authorised officer to do anything under this Act.
