GUIDE, HEARING AND ASSISTANCE DOGS ACT 2009 No. 4 - SECT 109

An advisory committee's function is to make submissions to the chief executive about--

(a) an applicant under part 3; or

(b) an approved trainer; or

(c) an approved training institution.
