GUIDE, HEARING AND ASSISTANCE DOGS ACT 2009 No. 4 - SECT 45

At least 60 days before a handler's identity card is to expire, the chief executive must give the handler a notice stating--

(a) the day the card will expire; and

(b) how to apply for a handler's identity card.
