GUIDE, HEARING AND ASSISTANCE DOGS ACT 2009 No. 4 - SECT 86
86 Failure to help authorised officer
A person required to give reasonable help under section 85(3)(e) must comply
with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum
penalty--50 penalty units.
