Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A person of whom a requirement is made under section 88(2) or (4) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty--50 penalty units.
(2) A person does not commit an offence against subsection (1) if--
(a) the person was required to state the person's name and residential address by an authorised officer who suspected the person had committed an offence against this Act; and
(b) the person is not proved to have committed the offence.
