GAMBLING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2004 No. 21 - SECT 48
48 Amendment of s 237 (Rules ancillary to gaming to be displayed and enforced)
Section 237(a)--
omit, insert--
'(a) to be displayed in a conspicuous
position, and in a way that ensures the rules are clearly legible from a
reasonable distance, in each gaming machine area on the licensed premises;
and'.
