GAMBLING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2008 No. 2 - SECT 16

(1) Section 77, heading and subsections (1) and (2)--

'(1) A PERSON REQUIRED TO KEEP GENERAL GAMING records must keep the records for 5 years after the end of the game to which the records relate.
