GAMBLING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2008 No. 2 - SECT 59

59 Amendment of s 329 (General powers of inspectors)

(1) Section 329(1)(a), 'repaired or kept'--

omit, insert--

'repaired, tested or kept'.

(2) Section 329(1)(d)(ii)(B), (3)(d)(ii), and (3)(g)(iii), 'maintenance or repair of gaming equipment'--

omit, insert--

'maintenance, repair or testing of gaming equipment'.
