41 Amendment of s 96B (First board of company GOC)

(1) Section 96B(1)--

omit, insert--

'(1) This section applies to candidate GOCs and candidate GOC associates.'.

(2) Section 96B(2) and (4), 'company'--

omit.

(3) Section 96B(4)(a), 'memorandum and articles'--

omit, insert--

'constitution'.
