omit.

(2) Section 182(1)(b) to (d)--

renumber as section 182(1)(a) to (c).

(3) Section 182--

insert--

'(1A) A statutory GOC prescribed by regulation for this subsection is not a public authority under the Ombudsman Act 2001.'.

(4) Section 182(1A) and (2)--

renumber as section 182(2) and (3).
