GRAMMAR SCHOOLS ACT 2016 - SECT 29

29 Conduct of business

Subject to this division, a board may conduct its business, including its meetings—

(a) in the way it considers appropriate; and

(b) in accordance with any by-laws of the board about the conduct of its business.
