GAS SECURITY AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 16 - SECT 24

24 Amendment of s 843 (Additional information may be required about application)

(1) Section 843(1), 'the decider may'—

omit, insert—

'the chief executive (or if the decider is the chief inspector, the chief inspector) may'.

(2) Section 843(1)(a), example, 'Minister'—

omit, insert—

'chief executive'.
