15 Amendment of s 51 (Matters regulator must take into account in preparing risk assessment and risk management plan)
(1) Section 51(1)(a), 'mentioned in section 49(2)(a) to (g)'--
omit, insert--
'prescribed under a regulation'.
(2) Section 51(1)(b) and (2)(b)--
omit.
