GENE TECHNOLOGY AMENDMENT ACT 2008 No. 3 - SECT 32
32 Amendment of s 97 (Regulator to notify of proposed suspension, cancellation or variation)
Section 97--
insert--
'(7) This section does not apply to a variation of an
accreditation if the regulator is satisfied the variation is of minor
significance or complexity.'.
