Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if a commissioning authority receives an RCA report under section 101 and the reportable event happened at a private health facility.
(2) The commissioning authority must, as soon as practicable after receiving the report, give the following to the chief health officer—
(a) a copy of the report;
(b) details of the name and address of the private health facility.
