Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The chief executive (the appointer) may, in writing, appoint a person as a clinical reviewer to undertake a review under this division in the department or a network.
(2) A network chief executive (also the appointer) may, in writing, appoint a person as a clinical reviewer to undertake a review under this division in the network.
(3) However, the appointer may appoint a person as a clinical reviewer only if the appointer is satisfied the person is qualified for appointment because the person has the necessary expertise or experience.
