HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK ACT 2011 No. 32 - SECT 137

137 Chief executive may request report from network chief executive

(1) This section applies if a report is provided to a network chief executive after a clinical review in the network.

(2) If requested by the chief executive, the network chief executive must give a copy of the report to the chief executive.
