(1) A designated person may disclose confidential information if the disclosure is required or permitted by another Act or law.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the disclosure of the following confidential information is a disclosure permitted by an Act—
(a) information provided to the chief executive by a network under a service agreement;
(b) information provided to the chief executive and other entities by a network in compliance with a health service directive;
(c) information provided under this Act by the chief executive to the Commonwealth or an entity established under an Act of the Commonwealth.
