Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered ActsA designated person may disclose confidential information if the disclosure is to a board established under a health practitioner registration Act or to the National Agency for the purposes of—
(a) making, or giving information about, a complaint or notification about a person who is or was registered under the health practitioner registration Act; or
(b) answering questions or otherwise giving information as part of an investigation or a proceeding about a person who is or was registered under the health practitioner registration Act.
