HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK ACT 2011 No. 32 - SECT 158

A relevant chief executive may disclose confidential information if—

(a) the disclosure is to a lawyer in relation to a matter; and

(b) the lawyer is representing the State or a network in relation to the matter.
