Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) Subsection (2) applies to a reference in this division to—
(a) a network chief executive exercising a power or doing a thing in relation to health services land; or
(b) a network chief executive exercising a power or doing a thing in relation to a vehicle seized and removed by an authorised officer from health services land.
(2) The reference is taken to be a reference to the network chief executive exercising the power or doing the thing for the health services land under the control of the network for which the network chief executive is appointed.
