HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK ACT 2011 No. 32 - SECT 18

(1) A network—

(a) is a body corporate; and

(b) has a seal; and

(c) may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(2) A network represents the State.

(3) Without limiting subsection (2), a network has all the privileges and immunities of the State.
