Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) Subsection (2) applies to a reference in this division to a network chief executive exercising a power or doing a thing.
(2) The reference is taken to be a reference to the network chief executive exercising the power or doing the thing for the health services land under the control of the network for which the network chief executive is appointed.
