Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A person must not, in relation to an investigation under this part, give a health service investigator information, or a document containing information, that the person knows is false or misleading in a material particular.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) applies to information or a document given in relation to an investigation under this part whether or not the information or document was given in response to a specific power under this part.
