Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) The inspector may make a requirement (a help requirement) of an occupier of the place or a person at the place to give the inspector reasonable help to exercise a general power, including, for example, to produce a document or to give information.
(2) When making the help requirement, the inspector must give the person an offence warning for the requirement.
