HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK ACT 2011 No. 32 - SECT 234

(1) If access to a seized thing is restricted under section 232, a person must not tamper with the thing or with anything used to restrict access to the thing without—

(a) an inspector's approval; or

(b) a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.

(2) If access to a place is restricted under section 232, a person must not enter the place in contravention of the restriction or tamper with anything used to restrict access to the place without—

(a) an inspector's approval; or

(b) a reasonable excuse.

Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
