HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK ACT 2011 No. 32 - SECT 249
249 Duty to avoid inconvenience and minimise damage
In exercising a power, an inspector must take all reasonable steps to cause as
little inconvenience, and do as little damage, as possible.
