Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies to the person who, immediately before the commencement, was the chief health officer under the repealed Act.
(2) The person continues as the chief health officer under this Act on the same terms of appointment that applied to the person immediately before the commencement.
