HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK ACT 2011 No. 32 - SECT 29

29 Defects in appointment of members

A decision of a governing council is not invalidated by—

(a) a defect or irregularity in the appointment of a member of a governing council, including in the appointment of the chairperson or deputy chairperson; or
(b) a vacancy in the membership of a governing council.
