HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK ACT 2011 No. 32 - SECT 297

(1) This section applies if, at the commencement, an investigator is performing his or her functions under the repealed Act, section 55 for a matter.

(2) The investigator may continue to perform the functions for the matter under this Act as a health service investigator in a network or the department.
