HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK ACT 2011 No. 32 - SECT 315

315 Advertising for members of governing councils before commencement

(1) Subsection (2) applies if, before the commencement, the Minister has advertised for expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons interested in being members of a governing council.

(2) The advertisement is taken to have been made under section 24.
