HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK ACT 2011 No. 32 - SECT 35

35 Chief executive and network must enter into service agreements

(1) The chief executive and a network must enter into a service agreement for the network.

(2) The chairperson of the network's governing council must sign the agreement on behalf of the network.

(3) A service agreement is binding on the chief executive and the network.
