Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) For the first service agreement, the chief executive and the network must enter into negotiations immediately after the commencement of this section.
(2) For a new service agreement, the chief executive and the network must enter into negotiations at least 6 months before the expiry of the existing service agreement.
