HEALTH AND HOSPITALS NETWORK AND OTHER LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2012 No. 9 - SECT 9

(1) Section 19(2)(h)—

omit, insert—

'(h) to maintain land, buildings and other assets owned by the Service;'.

(2) After section 19(2)(h)—

insert—

'(ha) for a prescribed Service, to employ staff under this Act;'.
