(1) Section 50, heading, 'registered provider's'—

omit, insert—

'funded ancillary provider's'.

(2) Section 50(1)(a) and (2), 'registered provider'—

omit, insert—

'funded ancillary provider'.

(3) Section 50(1)(b), from 'behalf of' to 'is permitted'—

omit, insert—

'behalf of the provider, that the provider is permitted'.
