33 Amendment of s 5B (Availability of copies of records and transcriptions)

(1) Section 5B —
insert—

(6A) This section does not apply in relation to a legal proceeding mentioned in section 5C or 6.

(2) Section 5B (6A) and (7) —
renumber as section 5B (7) and (8) .
