HOSPITAL FOUNDATIONS ACT 2018 - SECT 2

2 Commencement

This Act, other than the following provisions, commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation—

(a) part 10 , division 2 , subdivisions 1 and 2;

(b) part 10 , division 3 , subdivisions 1 and 2;

(c) part 10 , divisions 5 to 8.
