HOSPITAL FOUNDATIONS ACT 2018 - SECT 81

81 Protection of members from civil liability

(1) A member of a board is not civilly liable for an act done, or omission made, honestly and without negligence under this Act.

(2) If subsection (1) prevents a civil liability attaching to a member, the liability attaches instead to the State.
