HEALTH LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 2011 No. 41 - SECT 20

(1) Section 132(zd), 'licences and registrations'—

omit, insert—

'endorsements'.

(2) Section 132, from 'Fees for approval of analysts etc.' to 'an analyst;'—

omit, insert—

'Fees

(ze) prescribing the fees payable for—

(i) an application for, or renewal of, an endorsement; or

(ii) an application for an amendment of, or the repeal of a decision to suspend or cancel, an endorsement; or

(iii) the analysis of a drug or article by a State analyst;'.
